Fingerman Studios is "The little studio with the BIG sound!" Though we're small, we're well equipped. The facility is privately-owned by composer/producer John Lister who has produced CDs for himself and other artists from this location.
If you are a singer/songwriter or other artist or duo, John can help you with song structure, arranging, adding instruments, and of course, recording and production. Although John may suggest ideas for your songs, he will always respect your wishes, so there's never any pressure - just expert advice when you want it.
We don't have (or require) the space the big studios have, and certainly none of the amenities. (though we will offer you bottled water) Unlike the larger studios who basically record what you provide, we assist in developing your songs into full-scale productions that highlight the best of your talents. This results in top-quality tracks that you can be very proud of. We work with you, based upon your personal comfort level, doing our best to make you feel at home and chase away any nervous jitters you may have.

WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
In addition to recording your tracks, Fingerman Studios can also provide the following:
- MUSIC ARRANGING Suggesting song structure or other potential changes to improve your songs.
- ADDITIONAL INSTRUMENTATION Providing or suggesting additional instruments your song might benefit from.
- PRODUCTION The final tracks will be equalized and have appropriate effects added before mixing down to stereo. This results in clear and high-quality tracks. We have lots of experience at this.
- MASTERING We can master your group of songs so that all levels, EQ's, etc. are matched, resulting in a cohesive CD or other collection of your songs.
- PHOTOGRAPHY Because we also operate a photo studio, we can provide artist photography at a very low additional cost.
- PROMOTION We provide an ARTIST WEB PAGE for all of our clients. This page may include audio tracks, photos, links, videos and your biography. We even customize your own song player and you may link to this page or give it out in e-mails. In addition, we often promote our clients by adding them to our 'News' section, and photo gallery. These are no-cost ways that get you noticed by all of our own website visitors, and those you direct to your custom page.
